Earnie Bradford

Earnie W. Bradford, 97, of McRae, Arkansas passed peacefully from this life Thursday, November 2, 2017, surrounded by his beloved family. He was born June 14, 1920 in Van Buren County Arkansas to the late Henry T. and Nancy Bonds Bradford. He was an iron worker for Union Pacific Railroad for thirty years. Earnie was of the Christian faith and had a passion for gardening.

Survivors include one son, Travis (Betty) Bradford of Conway; one daughter, Jean (Frank) Witcher of Cabot; seven grandchildren, Clif Bradford of Conway, Nancy (Kevin) Pillow of Cabot, Rhonda (John) Standridge of Conway, Tira (Elvis) Yarbrough of Greenbrier, Teri (Gary) Meissner of Texas, Karri (Jerry) Adams of Jacksonville and April (Brian) Ray of Sherwood. He is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren and a host of beloved cousins, nieces, nephews and many friends.

He is preceded in death by his wife of sixty-seven years, Winnie Holland Bradford; five sisters, Gertrude, Ora Lee, Dessie, Opal May and Bell; four brothers, Johnny, Monroe, Andrew Clayton and Archie Laudis.

Family will receive friends beginning at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, November 4, 2017 with funeral service to follow at 3:00 p.m. Burial will be in Antioch Cemetery. Arrangements by Smith-Westbrook Funeral Home. www.SmithFamilyCares.com
