Edgar “Eddie” Charles Mann, 53, of Quebec, Canada, passed away on September 17, 2025. Born on July 6, 1972, Eddie was a hardworking man who spent his life behind the wheel as an owner-operator of his own semi truck. Contracting with DeckX, he proudly hauled loads from Canada across the United States. The open road wasn’t just his job — it was his way of life. Eddie found joy in the miles traveled, the places he saw, and the friendships he made along the way.

Eddie had a gift for making people laugh. He was quick with a joke and always seemed to brighten the room with his humor and easygoing nature. When he wasn’t on the road, he loved being outdoors, especially fishing, camping, and soaking up time in nature with friends. Above all, his heart belonged to his family. Being “Grandpa” was his greatest joy, and he cherished every moment spent with his grandchildren, Zachary Mann, Olivier Mann, and Onyx Stamina — always ready to spoil them and create lasting memories.

Eddie is survived by his loving wife, Lise Mann, and  children: Phillipe Mann (Cynthia Miles), Nathan Mann, Rachel Mann, Chantal Stamina (Jordan), and Eric Whissell. He will also be deeply missed by his parents, Kevin Mann and Denise Meloche; his sister, Kimberly Mann (Ghislain Vernier); step-sister, Lori Mann; and step-brother, Stewart Pecarve. His loyal dog, Bruno, was never far from his side.

Those who knew Eddie will remember his warmth, humor, and down-to-earth spirit. He leaves behind countless stories from the road, treasured memories with family and friends, and a legacy of love that will never be forgotten.
