Edna Fern Roberson

Edna Fern Thompson Roberson, 82, of North Little Rock died Monday, February 18, 2019, in her home. She was a loving wife of 66 years and a member of Levy Church of Christ.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Herbert and Minnie Thompson; siblings, Tommy Thompson, Garland Thompson, Geraldine Hampton, Freda Shy, and Helen Hampton; sons, Chester Roberson, Sr. and Charles “Frankie” Roberson, Jr.; and great-grandson, John Logan Mashburn.

She is survived by her husband, Charles Roberson, Sr.; sisters, Mary (Clay) Egner, Emma Ruth (Luis) Wright, Marie (Bill) Heath, Barbara Brock, and Verla (Bob) Cowen; daughter, Deborrah (Roger) Milam; grandchildren, Chester “Chet” Roberson, Jr. and Kellye (Shannon) Mashburn; and great-grandchildren Chester Roberson, III, Isabelle Roberson, and Samuel Mashburn.

Funeral service will be held 1:00 p.m. Saturday, February 23, at Smith-Sherwood Funeral Home (7700 Hwy 107) with visitation from 12:00-1:00 p.m. prior to services.  Burial will be in Concord Cemetery.
