EDWARD JAMES CLARK, 58, of Conway died Feb. 13, 2013, at his home. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday at Huson Funeral Home, 7700 Highway 107, Sherwood.
He was born Aug. 12, 1954, in Aurora, Ill., to Alvin Byron Clark and Shirley Clark. He grew up in Aurora before moving to Arkansas in the mid-1970s. He worked for P C Hardware in Little Rock before becoming a longtime employee of the Arkansas State Hospital. Most recently, after retiring from the hospital for health reasons, he worked part-time at Walmart in Conway.
He is survived by a daughter, Hannah Clark of Marshalltown, Iowa; four brothers, Dan Clark of Corpus Christi, Texas, Fred Clark of Fruitland, Fla., Donald Clark of Aurora, Ill., and Alvin Clark of Streator, Ill.; and a sister, Mary Clark of Pimento, Ind.
He was a loving and devoted father, brother and friend.
