Edward Nils Strandquist, 87, of Little Rock, Arkansas passed away October 26, 2025. He was born January 15, 1938, in Berwyn, Illinois to the late Nils and Iola Strandquist.

Ed is survived by his life partner, Judy McDaniel and sisters, Elaine Gregory and Edna Bowen (Keith) and a host of family and friends.

Ed and Judy enjoyed going to plays together when they lived in the suburbs of Chicago. He volunteered his time as a stagehand for the theater. Ed was an avid White Sox fan!

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, November 8, 2025 at Smith Little Rock Funeral Home (8801 Knoedl Court) with a visitation one hour prior to the service.
