Elder Herley G. Landrum, 81, of Mabelvale, entered into heaven on Wednesday, January 26, 2011. He was born in Hope, Arkansas to Lenard and Elnoria Landrum. He was a retired chef from the Hilton Inn on University Avenue and also worked for Bumper to Bumper. He was a member of the Greater Christ Temple.
He is survived by his son, Prophet/Apostle Gregory Landrum, Sr. of Royce City, Texas; daughter, Leveda McGee (Eric) of Mabelvale; grandchildren, Elijah McGee of Mabelvale and Gregory Landrum, Jr. of Miami, Florida; brother, Eddie Landrum of Minneapolis, Minnesota; sister, Cindy Landrum of Detroit, Michigan; and eight step-children, Lamonica Scott, Gloritha Scott , Brenda Whestone, Patricia Lowe, Norma Dotson, Donna Bamso, Tammy Brown and Paula Johnson.
Services will be held on Saturday, February 5 at 11:00 a.m. at Greater Christ Temple, 12th and Lewis Streets, officiated by Pastor Jerry Warren. Interment will follow at Elmlawn Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday evening from 6-8 at Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct., Little Rock.
