Elizabeth Hill

The Hill and Bullock families wish to acknowledge the passing of their beloved mother, Elizabeth Ann Hill. She was born February 11, 1929 in Coldwater, Mississippi and she died at the Saline Memorial Hospice House in Bryant, Arkansas on September 20, 2012. She was preceded in death by her husband Dr. William K. Hill of Cleveland, Mississippi and her only brother, John R. Turley of Coldwater, Mississippi. She is survived by her four children, Elizabeth Ann Hill of Crestview, Florida, Dr. Edward B. Hill of Benton, Arkansas, Dr. Sally Hill Bullock of Franklin, Tennessee and Virginia Dabney Hill of Benton, Arkansas. She is survived by six grandchildren and six great grandchildren. She was an active member of the Elaine, Arkansas community for decades. She was also an active member of the Elaine United Methodist Church. She was known for her kindness and her beautiful smile. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
The family would especially like to thank the late Jack Wildberger and his son John Wildberger of Elaine, Arkansas. Their loving care for Mrs. Hill enabled her to stay in her own home in Elaine several years longer than would have otherwise not been possible. Special thanks also for all of the wonderful staff of Mt. Carmel in Benton, Arkansas where she resided for the last three and one-half years. We want to also thank the staff at Saline Memorial Hospice House for their care and kindness in the last days of her life.
There will be a private service for family members at Elmwood Cemetery in Memphis, Tennessee. In lieu of flowers she may be honored with donations to the charity of your choice.
Arrangements are by Peaceful Haven Funeral Home, 322 N. Market Street, Benton, Arkansas 72015. Online guestbook: www.peacefulhavenfuneralhome.com.
