Elmer Wells age 84 of Gurdon died Monday, January 21, 2013 at his home. He was born October 20, 1928 in the South Fork Community near Gurdon, the son of the late Barney and Ella Reynolds Wells. He was a Baptist, worked at Reynolds Metal Company Patterson Plant for many years and a farmer.
Survivors are two sons, Gary Wells of Irving, Texas and Ronnie Wells of Arkadelphia; one sister, Joyce Ann Dull of Liberty, Missouri; two brothers, Rufus Wells of Gurdon, Joe Lynn Wells of Liberty, Missouri; three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Memorial services will be at 2:00 PM Saturday, January 26th at South Fork Baptist Church. Interment will be in South Fork Cemetery.
