Elva E. Price Whitehorn, 88, of Little Rock died Sunday, June 5, 2011. She was born September 3, 1922 in Morrilton to the late James Rainbolt and Dottie Stell Rainbolt. She was a butcher at Black and White Markets and was a member of Clinton Church of Christ in Clinton, Arkansas.
She is survived by two sons, Roy T. Price and wife Eva, of Little Rock and Tommy E. Price and wife Sharon, of Hardy; eight grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Warren Whitehorn; son, Dewey Price; daughter, Jeri Ruth Baggett; three sisters; three brothers and one great-granddaughter.
Funeral services will be held 10:00 a.m., Friday in the North Little Rock Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Rest Hills Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Thursday at the funeral home, 1921 Main St., 758-1170. Online obituary and guest registry at www.nlrfh.com.
