Elvin S. Perkinson, Jr., 73, of Little Rock, passed away May 24, 2018. Preceded in death by his parents, Elvin and Kathleen Saul Perkinson, his wife, Carrie Perkinson, and his sister, Charlene Muncy, he is survived by his sister, Jane Wayland (Bob) of Little Rock; brothers, Jack Perkinson (Betty) of Starkville, Mississippi and Tom Perkinson (Jackie) of Spring, Texas; step-daughter, Cheryl Salcido of California; and other relatives and friends.
