Emma Jean Maier, 85, of Sherwood passed away Thursday, October 30, 2008. She was born October 4, 1923 in Russellville, Arkansas to J.M. ?Jake? and Clara Goldner Koehler. She was a member of Sylvan Hills United Methodist Church.
She is survived by her husband of 64 years, Harry Maier, of Sherwood; two sons, Robert Maier (Mercedes), of Northfield, Minnesota and Tom Maier (Granny), of Pemberton Township, New Jersey; five grandchildren; four great grandchildren; three brothers and two sisters.
Memorials may be made to Sylvan Hills United Methodist Church, 9921 Sylvan Hills Hwy., Sherwood, Arkansas 72120.
A memorial service will be held 11:00 A.M., Monday at Sylvan Hills United Methodist Church. Arrangements by North Little Rock Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 758-1170. Online obituary and guest register at www.nlrfh.com.
