Erma Marie Hughes, 83, of Scott passed away Friday, May 24, 2013. She was a homemaker and member of Calvary Baptist Church in North Little Rock.
She is survived by her children, Peggy and Dwayne Owens of Rogers, Dr. Ron and Nancy Hughes of Little Rock, Brenda and Danny Bennett of Little Rock, Rick and Julie Hughes of Benton, and Randy and Kim Hughes of Scott; seven grandchildren, Arlisa Regier of Rogers, Cory Bennett of Bryant, Alicia Owens of Portland, Oregon, Drew Hughes of Nashville, Tennessee, Lindsay Wright of Nashville, Tennessee, Gunner Hughes of Benton and Tori Hughes of Scott; seven great-grandchildren; her close relative and special friend, Carolyn Holland of North Little Rock; and special friend and care-giver, Linda Kay Frye. She was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Dallas Hughes.
Memorials may be made to Calvary Baptist Church, 5025 Lynch Drive, North Little Rock, Arkansas 72117.
Funeral services will be held 10:00 a.m., Wednesday at North Little Rock Funeral Home, a Smith Family Funeral Home. Burial will be in Rest Hills Memorial Park. Online obituary at www.SmithFamilyCares.com .
