Erma Huff Bittle Walker, age 74 of Diamondhead, AR, died Monday, May 5, 2008 in Hot Springs. She was born February 24, 1934 in Clark County the daughter of James and Alice Wright Huff. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church in Pottsville, AR. She was preceded in death by five brothers: Joe, Doyle, James, Charlie, and Olen Huff, and one sister Lois Manning.
Survivors include one son Tom Bittle Jr. of Bauxite, three grandchildren,Thomas Bittle III, Todd Bittle, and Stacey Bittle, one sister, Anna Lou Helton of Helena, AR.
Funeral services will be 1 PM Thursday, May 8, 2008 in the Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Howard Wheeler officiating with burial in Rest Haven Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 6-8 PM Wednesday at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Rudy Weaver, Ricky Helton, Joe Tom Stricklin, Harold Nix, Tommy Bittle III and Todd Bittle.
Memorials may be to Alzheimer's Foundation, 10411 W. Markham, Suite 130, Little Rock, AR 72205-1409.
