Eula Dell Fulmer age 84 of Arkadelphia died Thursday, August 30, 2012. She was born in Clark County January 18, 1928 the daughter of Joe and Ethel Mae Ham Fulmer. She was a retired sales clerk for Sterling Stores and Wal-Mart. She was a member of the Gum Springs Baptist Church.
She is survived by her sister, Georgia Lou Fulmer of Arkadelphia.
Funeral services will be 2 PM Saturday, September 1st in the Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Kenneth Anderson officiating. Burial will be in the Richland Cemetery. Visitation will be 6-7:30 Friday evening at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to Richland Cemetery c/o Mary Sue Thomas, 973 Central Rd. Arkadelphia, AR 71923.
She is survived by her sister, Georgia Lou Fulmer of Arkadelphia.
