Eva Albertina Prado

Eva Albertina Prado, a beloved mother, grandmother, and friend, passed from this world into eternal life on May 23, 2024. She was born on August 7, 1962, in Le Ceiba, Honduras, and later moved to the United States in 1994 to begin a new chapter in her life.

Eva's journey was one of resilience and determination. She obtained her degree as a registered nurse in Honduras and overcame numerous challenges to establish herself in the healthcare industry. Her career led her to UAMS, where she dedicated herself to caring for others with compassion and skill. Not only did she excel in her profession, but Eva also ventured into entrepreneurship by starting her own cleaning business.  This successful endeavor allowed her to prioritize and provide for her family.

Known for her unwavering love for her family, Eva was a pillar of strength and support. Her proudest accomplishments included not only her professional achievements but also the profound impact she had on those around her. As a single mother who understood the hardships of life, she extended a helping hand to anyone in need without hesitation.

Preceding Eva in death is her daughter, Amanda Olivia Welcome; and her memory is left to be cherished by her surviving daughters: Lala Prado of Lonoke, AR, Darly Prado of Benton, AR, and Janny DePriest (Dylan) of Perryville, AR; grandchildren: Eva Nicole Brown Prado, Orlando David-Brown Prado, Sabrisha Davina Brown Prado, Miriam Alvarez, Adan A.
