Evelena Sellers

Evelena Sellers, 89, of Beebe, Arkansas went to be with our Lord September 6, 2017 in Searcy, Arkansas. She was born August 13, 1928 in Providence, Arkansas to Clarence and Leslie Betts. She was a member of DaySprings Missionary Baptist Church and was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother and was our precious prayer warrior.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 70 years, Clinton Sellers, her parents, two brothers and two sisters.

Evelena is survived by her two daughters, Barbara Baum (Leon) and Sharon Phillips (Butch). She will be missed by her three grandchildren, Tracy Jackson (Jody), Tammy Taylor, and Mindi Polk (Brad). She had five great-grandchildren, Danna, Brittany and Brooke Jackson, and Makayla and Braxton Polk; one sister Lorraine Joyner; one brother Leroy Betts (Vivian); and a host of nieces and nephews that will miss her dearly.

The Sellers family would like to convey a special thanks to Sheila Taylor and Jeannie Gavin who provided great care for Ms. Sellers.
