Florence Elizabeth Hundley Mount

Florence Elizabeth Hundley Mount, age 90, of Glenwood, died Tuesday, March 5, 2013. She was born on June 23, 1922 in Indianapolis, Indiana, the daughter of the late Frank D. and Mathelda Harper Hundley. On October 16, 1948, she was married to Dwight L. Mount who preceded her in death on July 13, 1983. She was also preceded in death by her son, Dwight Lee Mount; two brothers, Orville Harper Hundley and Andrew Horace Hundley; and her sister, Muriel Hundley Wolfe. She was a member of the St. Augusta Rebekah Lodge in Indianapolis, Indiana; Glenwood Senior Citizens Center and Glenwood First United Methodist Church. She had twenty years of service on the board of directors of the Central Arkansas Development Council. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Elizabeth Ann (Libby) and Willard Harkins of Malvern; her son and daughter-in-law, Garry Richard and Cathy Mount of Kilgore, Texas; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; two nephews; and one niece. Services will be held at 1:00 PM, Friday, March 8, 2013 in the Davis-Smith Funeral Home Chapel, Glenwood with Rev. Phil Smith officiating. Visitation will be Thursday, 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Interment will be in Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Hot Springs. Pallbearers will be Jerry Bass, Paul Crowson, Sonny Prince, Jimmy Nutt, Tim Hilton and Bruce Vaughn.
