Florence Womack Scherz, 99, of North Little Rock passed away Sunday, March 11, 2007 at Baptist Medical Center in North Little Rock. Florence was born in Russell, Arkansas, October 10, 1907. Florence was of Pentecostal faith.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Lyle; daughter, DeAnn and son, Carroll. She is survived by her daughter, Jean Piazza, of North Little Rock; granddaughters, Beckie and husband, Scott Sudduth, of Little Rock, Candy and husband, Dale Mullins, of Dallas, Debbie and husband, Ronnie McCarthy, of Margate, Florida, Therese Piazza, of Branson, Missouri; great grandchildren, Daniel Mullins, Marci Sudduth, Laren Sukany, Kaylie McCarthy, and Savannah Piazza and great-great-grandson, Samuel Sudduth.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to Tonya Stewart, caregiver and Dr. Scott Harrington for loving care.
Funeral services will be held 10:00 A.M., Friday at North Little Rock Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Edgewood Memorial Park. Family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M., Thursday at North Little Rock Funeral Home, 1921 Main St., 758-1170. Online obituary and guest register at www.northlittlerockfuneralhome.com.
