Frances Blevins, 92, of North Little Rock died Sunday, July 21, 2013. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Charles and Vera Blevins, of North Little Rock; daughter, Steva Blevins, of Ft. Worth, Texas and a host of family and friends.
