Frank Descoteau died Oct. 14, 2017. He is survived by a son, Mike. Frank was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Rose Descoteau, three brothers, and wife Pat Descoteau. Funeral will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 19, 2017 at the Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery.
