Frankie Cox

Frankie John Cox, of Austin, Arkansas was born August 8, 1944, and passed away August 9, 2026, at the age of 82 years and one day. He was a cattle farmer all his life. He enjoyed being at the farm and being outside watching the birds and loved spending time with his family.

Frankie was preceded in death by his parents, John and Geraldine Cox; his wife of 43 years, Patricia Hickey Cox; and his sister Francis Cox.

He is survived by his loving companion of 17 years, Patricia Brockinton of Austin; his children, Chris Cox (Trish) of Cabot, Rick Cox (Becki) of Ward, Veronica Glover (Alfonzo) of Ward, J. P. Brockinton (Tammy) of Austin and Jesaca Duncan (Kyle) of Austin; grandchildren Kayla Garner, Hayley Jones (Cody), Taylor Cox (Lizzie), Ashley Glover (Clifton), Brooke Barnett (Andrew), Garrett Sadler, Brett Brockinton (Sierra), Rylee Brockinton, Alyssa Duncan, and Shaifer Duncan; great grandchildren, Annelise, Haven, Sawyer, Lane, Adilynn, Charlie and Wesley; and niece Kim Sol Cruz (Allen) of Plano, Texas.

Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 p.m. Wednesday at Smith-Westbrook Funeral Home, 404 W. Dewitt Henry Dr., Beebe. Graveside service will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday, August 13, 2026, at 16th Section Cemetery. Online guest book at www.smithfamilycares.com
