Listen to Obituary

Frankie Oneeda Holland, age 96, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on June 8, 2026. Born on September 9, 1929, in Mount Vernon, Arkansas, Frankie lived a life centered on family, hard work, and unwavering devotion to those she loved. She graduated from McRae High School and later returned there to work during her adult years, where she eventually retired. She also worked at Caravelle Boats in Jacksonville, Arkansas.

Frankie was a devoted wife, loving mother, cherished sister, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great-grandmother. She was the proud mother of five children, grandmother of twenty-one, great-grandmother of fifty-seven, and great-great-grandmother of forty-three. Her greatest joy was caring for her family and supporting them in every way possible.

Whether attending ball games, traveling to sporting events, or simply spending time with those she loved, Frankie was always present for the people who mattered most. Her home was a place of warmth, encouragement, and unconditional love.

She is survived by her daughters, Debbie Manning (Vernon) of Beebe and Becky Payne of McRae; her son, James Holland (Angie) of Cabot; twenty-one grandchildren; fifty-seven great-grandchildren; forty-three great-great-grandchildren; and many other family members and friends who will cherish her memory.

She was preceded in death by her daughters, Linda Cotton and Pat Davis. While her family mourns her passing, they find comfort in knowing that Linda and Pat were there to greet her at Heaven's gates.

Frankie will be remembered for her loving heart, her dedication to family, and the example she set through a lifetime of kindness, service, and devotion. Her legacy lives on through the generations she helped raise and the countless lives she touched.
