Franklin D. Toland, age 82, of Curtis, AR died Monday, August 8, 2016. He was born December 18, 1933, in Hedley, TX the son of Ollie and Florida Jane Clancey Toland. He owned and operated the Arkansas Restaurant for several years. He was preceded in death by his wife Bobbie Irene Toland.
Survivors include two sons, Alan and Garth Toland, four daughters, Katrina Rogers, Sandra Golden, Bobbie Thomas, and Valerie Hill, one brother Laverne Toland, 10 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
Graveside funeral services will be 10 AM Thursday, August 11th at Rest Haven Memorial Gardens near Arkadelphia under the direction of Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Home. There will be no formal visitation.
