Franlin Roosevelt Wheeler age 74 of Little Rock passed away Wednesday September 17th 2008. He is preceded in death by his wife, Betty Lou Wheeler; a son, James Edward Wheeler; 3 brothers and 1 sister.
Survivors include his son, Timothy Franklin Wheeler; a step son, Joey Richardson; a brother Bill Wheeler of Council Bluff Iowa; 2 sisters, Peggy Faulkner and Phyllis Bulleton both of Caruthersville Missouri; 4 grandchildren, Samuel and Jewelia Richardson, Daniel Haltom and Alleace Richardson. Special Daughter-in-law, LaTisha Franks. Graveside services will be Saturday 2:00PM, Memorial Gardens in Caruthersville Missouri under the Direction of Smith Funeral Home.
Local Arrangements are under the care of Huson Funeral Homes, 6400 Mabelvale Pike. 501-565-4644
