Fred Cobb

Frederick Carlee Cobb, age 70, of Arkadelphia, died Tuesday, June 14, 2017. He was born August 2, 1946, in Camden, AR, to Phillip and Julia Warren Cobb. He graduated from Ouachita Baptist University in 1969 and then spent 2 years in the Army. Afterwards, he began working in Little Rock, Harrison, Houston and Arkadelphia. He retired from Dan Foss in 2010.

He was a much loved father, husband sibling and friend to many. We will miss his witty sense of humor. He had a "White Knight" syndrome and was always trying to help anyone he met who seemed to be in need. We will all miss him. He is now in the loving arms of God.

He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife of 29 years, Martha Gray Cobb; his two sons, Chris (Gabrielle) Cobb and Justin Cobb; his brother, Phillip Cobb; his sister, Julie Sanders; four grandsons, Clayton, Zachery, Caleb and Preston; and one granddaughter, Carlee, who was named after her grandpa.

A memorial service will be 11:00 a.m., Saturday, June 17, 2017, in the Ruggles-Wilcox Chapel with Will Thompson officiating. Family will receive friends from 10:30 a.m. until service time.
