Fred Forbush, age 76 of Mabelvale, passed away January 12, 2013 at his home. He was born October 23, 1936.
He is preceded in death by his parents Bill and Flossie Forbush and a brother Lee.
Survivors include his wife Edna, sons Danny (Karen), Gary, and Tony; six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren and brothers Wally & Carroll.
Memorial Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, January 21, 2013 at Huson Funeral Home Chapel in Little Rock.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Pulaski County Humane Society.
