Freda Joyce Scrivner, 64, of North Little Rock passed away Wednesday, June 10, 2015. She was born August 31, 1950 in Rison, Arkansas to Billy and Bonnie Cummings Coats.
She is survived by her children, Kimmi Dillard, Vickie Scrivner (Eckie Harrison), Kathy Scrivner (Kim Taylor) and Britt Scrivner (Alicia Schroeder); twenty grandchildren and twenty great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; and her siblings, Terry, Dewhite and Kent Coats.
