Frederica Vaught Ayres age 82 of Arkadelphia died Thursday, August 8, 2013. She was born in Nunley, AR October 19, 1930 the daughter of Haskell and Grace Garrison Vaught. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Arkadelphia.
Survivors include her husband of 57 years, Charles P. Ayres, two sons, Michael (Lisa) Ayres of Arkadelphia and Darren (Patricia) Ayres of Tampa, FL, one brother, Ronnie (Sandra) Vaught of Deer Park, TX, four sisters, Barbara Obenberger of Deer Park, TX, Judy Hines of Aurora, CO, Kathy (John) Clyma of Ft. Smith, AR, and June Hiaumet of Mena, AR, four grandchildren, Audra (Jonathan) Strother, Jeremy (Jennifer) Ayres, Christopher (Michelle) Ayres and Jacob Ayres, and 5 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 10 AM Monday, August 12 at First Baptist church Arkadelphia with Dr. Lee McGlone officiating. Visitation will be 2-4 PM Sunday at Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral home of Arkadelphia. Graveside services will be 2 PM Monday in the Nunley Cemetery at Nunley, AR near Mena.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the First Baptist Church Hand bell Choir or The Gideon, c/o Steve Hennagin, 2319 Walnut St., Arkadelphia, AR 71923. Sign on-line guest book at www.ruggleswilcox.com .
