Fredrick Nalley

Fredrick Dewey Nalley, 77, of Little Rock passed unexpectedly on February 7, 2026. Fred was born October 14, 1948 in Searcy, AR to the late Lola Faye (DeFore) and Fred Nalley, 

He graduated high school from Columbia Military Academy, Columbia, Tennessee on May 30, 1966. He was a machinist with the Union Pacific Railroad and a general chairman for the International Association of Machinist and Aerospace Workers. He enjoyed going to the beach and fishing on Lake Maumelle.

Survivors include his wife of 58 years, Lynn Nalley; their daughter, Cathy Brown; sisters: Alice Rhoden and Lydia (Tommy) Blaty; two grandchildren: Courtney Brown and Mitchell Brown; and a great-grandson, Roman Walker. 

Visitation will begin at 10:00 AM, followed by a memorial service at 11:00 AM, Monday, February 16, 2026 at Smith North Little Rock Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the Arkansas Food Bank.
