Gary W. Scoggin age 67, of Bismarck, passed away on Saturday, April 7, 2018. He was born April 24, 1950 to the late Alvin and Betty Jo Payne Scoggin. Gary was a Baptist and an U. S. Army veteran.
He will be greatly missed by all that loved him.
Graveside service with military honors will be at 2:00 PM Tuesday, April 10th at New Bismarck Cemetery. No formal visitation will be held.
