George Arendt

George Hugh Arendt, of North Little Rock, born on September 13, 1947 passed away on April 15, 2007 at the age of 59. He was the son of the late Eathel Marie (Reynolds) and Robert Edward Arendt.
Survivors include his wife of 20 years, Deb; two sons, Jason (Laurea) Arendt, of Pineville, Louisiana and Joshua Mayhan, of Rogers; brother, Joe Michael (Mary) Arendt, of Conway; sister, Nancy Roberta (Emery) Cox, of Chesterfield, Missouri; three granddaughters, Lyxz, Mikaelan and Xaily and many other dear friends.
He was a Vietnam Veteran serving in the Navy on the USS Coral Sea. He was currently employed at CDI Millworks in Maumelle.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to American Lung Association, (501) 224-5864.
Graveside services will be 11:00 A.M., Friday at Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery in North Little Rock. Family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M., Thursday at North Little Rock Funeral Home, 1921 Main St., 758-1170. Online obituary and guest register at www.northlittlerockfuneralhome.com.
