George Balding

George Balding, 73, of Ward passed on to his Heavenly home on March 4, 2017. He was born December 15, 1943 to Tolbert and Evielea Sowell Balding in Austin, Arkansas.

George was known for his afternoon "siestas". He enjoyed arts, crafts, fishing, and especially camping. He spent many hours in his garden planting, growing, and picking vegetables. However, most of all George adored spending time with those he loved.

He is preceded in death by his parents, and one brother, Gerald Balding.

George is survived by his soulmate, Jane Moffett; children, Cathy (Gene) Parker, Daniel (Diane) Balding, Angie Kramm, Tammy LaRue (Roy), Shelly (Danny) Gardner; ten grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; two brothers Mack Balding and Carrol Balding.

Memorials may be made to Northside Church of Christ, 924 Access Rd, Beebe, AR 72012.
