George Wesley Collier, 86, of North Little Rock passed away Saturday, February 21, 2009. He was the owner of Pike Auto Parts, a member of the Masons and of the Baptist faith.
He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Faye Collier, of North Little Rock; two sons, Gary Collier, of Maumelle and Larry Collier, of North Little Rock; two grandchildren, Daniel and Whitney Collier; and many nieces, nephews, and extended family. He was preceded in death by his parents; five brothers, Fred, Payton, Dewey, John and Clarence; and four sisters, Allie, Betty Jean, Lillie, and Peggy.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, 901 N. University Ave., Little Rock, AR 72207 or to your favorite charity.
A graveside service will be held at Butlerville Cemetery on Friday, February 27th at 2:00 P.M. Arrangements by North Little Rock Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 758-1170. Online obituary and guest register at www.nlrfh.com.
