Gerald Etchieson
Gerald D. Etchieson age 87, of the Clear Springs Community near Okolona, passed away Monday, December 4, 2017 in Arkadelphia. He was born February 27, 1930 to the late Charles Stephen and Jettie J. Meeks Etchieson. Gerald was a member of Antoine United Methodist Church and retired from Reynolds Metal Company Patterson Plant.
He is survived by his wife of sixty-seven years, Emma Ruth Kelly Etciheson; two sons, G. Meeks Etchieson and wife Mary of Magnet Cove, David Etchieson and wife Donna of Conway; one daughter, Martha Pam Doughty of Benton; six grandchildren, Charles Stephen Etchieson, James Peter Etchieson, Ruth Anne Peterson, Bonnie Ellen Taylor, Kimberly Mae Doughty-McCannon and Max Clyde Doughty; and seven great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be at 2:00 PM Wednesday, December 6th at Smyrna Cemetery near Okolona with Bro. Jim Henderson officiating.
Memorials may be made to Smyrna Cemetery Fund.
