Geraldine Marie Daniell Golden age 88 of Arkadelphia died Friday, October 31, 2014. She was born October 9, 1926 in Clark County the daughter of Clarence and Alice Evans Daniell. She was a retired school teacher in the Delight School System and a member of the Second Baptist Church where she was very active in their Children's Ministry. She was preceded in death by her husband James "Bud" Golden, grandson Rusty Golden, and a brother Maurice Daniell.
Survivors include five sons Larry Golden and his wife Donna of Mississippi, David Golden and his wife Judy and Danny Golden and his wife Paula all of Arkadelphia, Donnie Golden and his wife Gail of Curtis, and Gary Golden of Dalark, two brothers, Sewell Daniell of Manchester and Tracy Daniell of Arkadelphia, 11 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
Funeral services will be 10 AM Monday, November 3rd at Second Baptist Church of Arkadelphia with Stan Parris and Danny Golden officiating. Burial will be in Rest Haven Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be 3-5 PM Sunday at Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Home.
Memorials may be made to Second Baptist Church Building Fund or to the Alzheimer's Association.
