Gertie Vaughn

Gertie Lou Breedlove Collins Vaughn, 93, of North Little Rock passed away Sunday, May 26, 2013 in Monticello. She was a member of Glad Tidings Assembly of God, a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother.
She is survived by her daughter, Joyce Grimes, of Jacksonville; sons, Dale Collins and wife, Dora, of North Little Rock, Wayne Collins and wife, Jean, of Monticello and Roy Lynn Collins and wife, Lisa, of North Little Rock; and sister, Ida May Williams, of Mississippi: 18 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, Elbert Collins and George Vaughn; siblings, Ira, Lercy and Curtis Breedlove, Velma Hinson, Beatrice McClellan and Maudy Sadler; and her children, Billy Roger Collins, Shelby Bennett Collins and Betty Lou Collins.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m., Thursday at Pershing United Pentecostal Church. Burial will be in Edgewood Memorial Park.
