Gilbert Morrison
Gilbert A. Morrison, age 81, of Friendship, died Friday, August 30, 2013 at his home. He was born September 14, 1931 in Caney, Arkansas, the son of the late Sidney B. and Amanda Jane Allen Morrison. Gilbert was a retired master plumber. He was a veteran of the U. S. Army, U. S. Navy and U. S. Air Force serving in the Korean War.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Wilma E. Morrison.
Survivors are two sons, Charles Morrison of Hot Springs, Doug (Rene) Morrison of Conway; one brother, Preston (Mary) Morrison of Friendship; five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Memorial services will be at 10:00 AM Friday, September 6th at Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Home in Arkadelphia with Bro. James Calhoun officiating.
