Gladys Pistorius

Gladys Pistorius, 97, of Ward, Arkansas, went to be with the Lord Sunday, February 24, 2013. She was a long time dedicated member of Old Austin Methodist Church and a lay speaker. She was also a long time member of EHC of Lonoke County.
She is survived by one son, Bryan Pistorius (Paula) of Little Rock; two daughters, Rena (Gerald) Palmer of Ward and Diann White of Little Rock; four grandchildren, Gerald, Jr., Rhonda, Sam and Drew; eight great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; two sisters, Rena Jones and Eugenia Womack (Charles); and sister-in-law Monteen Clements.
Memorials may be made to the Old Austin United Methodist Church, PO Box 68, Ward, AR 72176.
Family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday at Westbrook Funeral Home, Beebe. Funeral will be 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, February 27, 2013, at Old Austin United Methodist Church, with burial in Harmony Cemetery near Mayflower. Arrangements by Westbrook, a Smith Family Funeral Home.
