Glendean Coon age 71 of Arkadelphia went to be with our Lord, March 23, 2008 in Hot Springs. She was born May 11, 1936 in Sparkman the daughter of Grady and Nanny Mae Holloway Green. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Arkadelphia.
She leaves behind her husband Leonard, one son Lyn of Arkadelphia, a daughter Tammy of North Little Rock along with her beloved granddaughter Catherine. She also leaves her sister and best friend Nanny Mae Seale of Holly Springs and a brother Vern Green of Fordyce. We will truly miss her but know that God chose a perfect day to bring one of His Angels home. We love you Mom.
Funeral services will be 10:30 AM Thursday in First Baptist Church of Arkadelphia with Dr. Lee McGlone officiating. Burial will be in Rest Haven Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be 5-7 PM Wednesday at Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to First Baptist Church or The American Cancer Society.
