Gloria Jean "Jeanie" Pinuel

Gloria Jean Pinuel passed away on April 19, 2024, in Little Rock, Arkansas at the age of 77. She was born May 3, 1946, in McGehee, Arkansas to Joe Thomas Eubanks and Elouise Francis Eubanks.

Gloria wore many hats in life, including playing on her Desha Central High School (Rohwer, AR) basketball team, working various roles at the local newspaper-The McGehee Times-early in her career, and as a stay-at-home mom for her two daughters later. She met the love of her life, Eddie, and was married for 52 years before his passing in 2018.

Some of her hobbies included cooking (during the holidays and other times), spending time with friends and family, watching Netflix, North Woods Law (and similar TV shows), cross-stitching, sewing, and volunteering with local community groups.

Gloria was also a loyal friend to many and was always there to provide encouragement to those around her. She was a kind and thoughtful woman who had a positive impact on many.

She is survived by her daughter EJ Pinuel of Arlington, VA, brother Edward Lynn Eubanks Sr of DeFuniak Springs, FL, granddaughters Ashlii Partin of Lavonia, GA, and Miranda Pullie of Jacksonville, AR, several great-grandchildren, and dedicated caregiver and friend, Pamela Moore. She is predeceased by her husband, Eddie Pinuel, daughter Elizabeth Tatum, and brothers Thomas Joe Eubanks and Kevin Eubanks.
