Grace Jackson, age 77 of Arkadelphia, died Friday November 25, 2005 in Baptist Medical Center Arkadelphia. She was born October 13, 1928, the daughter of Harvey and Eva West Sossamon. She was former executive secretary for Midco Company, a division of General Motors, past president of Baptist Hospital Auxiliary, former officer in DAR, member of the Clark County Library Board, and member of First United Methodist Church of Arkadelphia.
Survivors include her husband Keylon Jackson, one son Kevin Jackson and his wife Tami of Omaha, NE, one brother Jerry Sossamon of Sparkman, two sisters Marjorie Mandrell of Little Rock, and Betty Smith of Sparkman, three grandchildren Brent, Claire, and Sarah Jackson all of Omaha.
Graveside funeral services will be 10 A.M. Tuesday, November 29, 2005 in Rest Haven Memorial Gardens with Rev. Daniel Kirkpatrick officiating under the direction of Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 6-8 P.M. Monday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to the Hollywood Cemetery Fund or Clark County Library c/o Elk Horn Bank.
