Hardie Lee Dillinger McCray, 79, died September 6, 2012 at her home in Sheridan, Arkansas. She was born August 29, 1933 in West Plains, Missouri to John Hardin and Viola Skaggs Dillinger.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husbands, Bill Horvath and Jack McCray; sister, Hazel Hardwick Bores; and brothers, Joseph Robinson Bobby Dillinger, Carl Hardie Jackie Dillinger and John Hardie Dillinger. She is survived by her daughter Jeanne (Kim) Gartman, of Sheridan; two granddaughters who were the light of her life, Jessica Erin Bubbus (Alan) and Kaitlin Shay Steele (Kyle) of Little Rock; great-grandson, David Alan Bubbus, II, whom she adored; her dear sister and best friend, Verda George; brother Carl Hardwick (Ruby) and many precious nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m., Monday in the North Little Rock Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Pinecrest Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m., Sunday at the funeral home, 1921 Main St., 758-1170. Online obituary and guest registry at www.nlrfh.com.
