Harold Jr. Mclane, 80 of Little Rock, passed away on Friday, October 24, 2008 at Pleasant Valley Nursing Center. He was born on July 11, 1928 in Fornfelt, Missouri, he was the son of Clarence and Zula Pilliard McLane.
Harold was a retired Foreman for the Arkansas Gazette, and a United States Army and Air Force Veteran of WWII, who recieved victory metals for his outstanding service. He was preceded in death by his wife Shirley, his parents and one sister.
Survivors include two daughters, Roxy (Carl) Gautz of Alexander; Sheila (John) Erwin of North Little Rock, and two sons Kenney (Jessie) Petty of Mabelvale; and Ervin (Barbara) Petty of Atkins; nine grandchildren and eighteen great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, October 27, 2008 at Pinecrest Memorial Park Cemetery with Ervin Petty officiating.
Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 26, 2008 at Huson Funeral Home in Little Rock.
