Hazel Bell
Hazel O. Bell, 85, of Little Rock, passed away September 3, 2020. She was born in Waldron, Arkansas to Cecil Owen Bell and Hilda Elizabeth Backman Bell, who preceded her in death along with her brother, Melvin.
Services are Saturday, September 5 at 10:00 a.m. at Smith Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct., (501)224-2200. Burial will follow at 2:00 p.m. at Roselawn Park Cemetery in Fort Smith.
