Heather Nicole Cooper Hildebrand

Heather Nicole Cooper Hildebrand, 44, of Little Rock passed unexpectedly June 6, 2025. Heather was born to Garry Cooper and Darlene (Holley) Houser on July 29, 1980 in Little Rock. She attended North Little Rock High School.

She is preceded in death by her grandfather, Johnny Holley.

She is survived by her mother and dad, Darlene and Robert Houser; father and step-mother, Garry and Pam Cooper; sisters Hollie Davila and Cara Houser Higgins; brother Blake Houser (Kiersten); grandmother, Della Rhea Holley; aunts Kim Harris, LaDonna Broussard (Allan), Ashlea Watson (BJ); as well as a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.

Heather had a deep love for animals—especially dogs—and lovingly referred to her fur babies as her “children.” Her first Frenchton, Gus, became her emotional support companion, and her bond with her pets brought her great comfort and joy.

Heather was a strong and beautiful soul. Though life presented her with challenges, she loved hard and fought fiercely with resilience through it all. A true Steel Magnolia.

Visitation will begin at 2:00 PM, followed by a celebration of Heather’s life at 3:00 PM, Saturday, June 21, 2025 at Smith North Little Rock Funeral Home.
