Helen DeLoise ?Smith? Evans, 86, of North Little Rock passed away Monday, May 7, 2007. She was a member of New Life Worship Center in North Little Rock, and the Daughters of the American Revolution, Russellville Chapter.
She is survived by her husband, Otha Lane Evans; two sons, Otha Lee Evans (Denise), all of North Little Rock and Thomas C. Evans (Susan), of Arlington, Texas; daughter, Sharon Brussel and fianc, George Herndon, of Sheridan; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; stepmother, Norma Melinda Rachel Smith; three sisters, Arlene Jo Sheppard, Wanda Lou Bailey, all of Russellville and Glennette Price, of London, Arkansas. She was preceded in death by her parents, H. Clyde and Clara Smith, an infant brother, brother, W.W. Smith and a sister, Agnes Goad.
Funeral services will be held 10:00 A.M., Thursday at North Little Rock Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Pinecrest Memorial Park. Family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M., Wednesday at North Little Rock Funeral Home, 1921 Main St., 758-1170. Online obituary and guest register at www.northlittlerockfuneralhome.com.
