Howard Snow
Lt. Howard Franklin Snow, died on Friday, May 6, 2011. He was born on February 9, 1929 in Dublin, AR to Melvin and Minnie Snow. He was an Episcopalian. He retired from the US Navy and the Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department. He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers James and Floyd Snow and a sister Ruby Wood. He is survived by a sister, Velva Crouch of Fox, AR and numerous nieces and nephews and other family and friends.
