Hugh Dell Neel age 76 of Hot Springs died Wednesday, March 13, 2013. She was born in Curtis, AR the daughter of Hugh and Adell Holloway Smith. She was a member of the Hot Springs Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband Garl Neel, two daughters, Cindy (Rodney) Hardin of Bismarck and Becky (Gary) Peters of Arkadelphia, three grandchildren, Bryan Roberts, Chris Roberts, and Michael Peters, four great grandchildren, Gunnar, Dylan, Keely, and Braydan Roberts.
Funeral services will be 10 AM Saturday at the Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Rest Haven Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be 6-8 PM Friday at the funeral home.
