Ida Doris Chadwick, age 81, of Elk Hart, Indiana, passed away Saturday, April 19, 2014 in Elk Hart. She was born May 17, 1932 to Archie Allen and Addie Mae Smith Chadwick. Doris was an office manager for Martin's Supermarkets for over forty years. She was a member of Bethel United Methodist Church and the Women of the Moose for sixty-five years. 
She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, Harold and Taylor Chadwick, two sister-in-laws,  Lenora Chadwick and Melba Reeves Chadwick who passed away on April 7, 2014. 
Survivors are two sisters, Zuma (Robert) Palmer of Arkadelphia, Arkansas, Mary (Russ) Amos of Batesville, Arkansas, several nieces and nephews. 
Graveside services will be at 10:00 AM Saturday, April 26th at Rest Haven Memorial Gardens with Bro. Ronnie Hardin officiating.
