Ida Fay "Pat" Murphy

Ida Fay "Pat" Murphy, age 65, of Delight, died Tuesday, June 30, 2015. She was born on April 22, 1950, in Amity, the daughter of Jacob "Jack" Harvey and Versie L Barrett Harvey. On December 21, 1972, she was married to Bill Murphy. She was preceded in death by her parents; and her brother, Darrell Harvey. She is survived by her husband, Bill Murphy of Delight; her son and daughter-in-law, Steven and Regina Milligan of Delight; two daughters and sons-in-law, Amanda and David Jackson of Delight and Regina and Wade Garner of Amity; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Services will be held at 2:00 PM, Sunday, July 5, 2015, in the Davis-Smith Funeral Home Chapel, Glenwood with Bro. Vernon Wehunt officiating. Visitation will be held Sunday, 1:00 PM until service time, at the funeral home. Interment will be in Woodall Valley Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Jack Lee, Dean Clark, Macky Mitchell, John Terrell, Richard Stevens and Harley Frazier. Guest registry is at www.davis-smith.com.
